lyrics

Hello Princess.
What's my nature ?
Where's my welcome ?
Where'd that come from ?
You've been caught in the Crossfire between
My good intentions, my bad judgement their bad dreams.

Who's to say if they really meant it,
Or really saw it, or thought it, or felt it ?
Where's my princess,
My one and only ?
Devoured by something you've got no control over.

Life will get you down,
It'll turn your smile upside down,
When you've got nothing left to give
That's when your guts will bring you in.
Read it in lights and say goodnight
This is the part I'll take,
I'll break my heart on it.

We got lost inside our own little world.
And that's alright most of the time but we need to be careful.
When you're a little too precious,
When you're a little too sensitive
I take no notice, I take no notice.

Life will get you down,
It'll turn your smile upside down,
When you've got nothing left to give
That's when your guts will bring you in.
Read it in lights and say goodnight
This is the part I'll take,
I'll break my heart on it.
